What authorised distribution gives you

Above all, a warranty handled in Poland. With privately imported parts a claim means shipping across the Atlantic at your own cost and risk, and with hydraulic components that can approach the price of the part.

Second, access to the manufacturer's technical documentation and fitment tables. With APEX that is not a formality: the TSR fits the wide M210 axle only, kwikLYNX will not work with KDSS, and autoLYNX comes in two lengths depending on lift. We check this before dispatch rather than after.

Third, a Polish VAT invoice, customs and tax handled on our side, and the option of collecting in person instead of waiting on a transatlantic parcel.

What we do ourselves, and what we do not promise

We fit STEERING BOOST kits, coolers and the TSR — jobs that need the hydraulic system bled properly and, for the TSR, drilling and routing lines. We also fit autoLYNX together with the fender trimming, for anyone who would rather not take shears to their own truck.

What we do not do is warranty repair on CRS reels. The manufacturer explicitly forbids opening them, because the return spring is wound at the factory — if a reel jams we replace it under warranty rather than repair it.

Technical data, part numbers and fitment limits come from APEX Designs material and from the product descriptions in our shop. Where we write about the order to fix things in, or what works in practice, that comes from our own installations — and we try to keep the two clearly apart.
